rrfrick@lexrich5.orgMr. Frick brings a wealth of experience to his current position as he has held key roles in various educational institutions. He served as the CTE Director/Work-Based Coordinator at Batesburg-Leesville High School and later assumed the position of Assistant Principal of Batesburg-Leesville Middle School. 

During his tenure at BLHS CTE, Mr. Frick spearheaded the highly successful "High Schools That Work" initiative, aimed at enhancing educational outcomes for students. Additionally, he introduced the prestigious BLHS CTE Business of the Year Award, which recognizes outstanding businesses that have made a significant impact on the school throughout the year. 

In 2011, Mr. Frick earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Anderson University. He continued his academic journey and completed his Master's Degree in Educational Administration from the esteemed American College of Education in 2018. 

Outside of his professional commitments, Mr. Frick prioritizes spending quality time with his wife, Maggie, and their two children, Will and Brody. He embraces an active lifestyle and enjoys indulging his passion for sports, particularly golf. Furthermore, he cherishes the opportunity to explore new destinations through travel. Through his diverse experiences, educational background, and dedication to his family, Mr. Frick embodies a well-rounded individual committed to his role and the betterment of education.

csimmons@lexrich5.orgI am a passionate educator with seventeen years of experience in Career and Technology Education. I previously served as a Family and Consumer Science Teacher at Irmo High School International School of the Arts as the Foods and Nutrition Teacher, Advanced Placement Coordinator, Family and Career Community Leaders of America Advisor, Data Team Chair, LeaD5 Facilitator, College, and Career Readiness Chair, and Teacher Mentor. 

I am a graduate of South Carolina State University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences Business and a Master of Science in Individual and Family Development. I also have a Master of Education Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix and an Educational Specialist Degree from South Carolina State University. Currently, I am pursuing my Doctorate in Education at the University of South Carolina. I am also a recipient of the Lexington-Richland School District Five Professional Development Fellowship and a Clinical Practice Fellow. 

I am married with one daughter. During my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, cooking, traveling, and finding the joys in life. I value relationships, honesty, respect, and growth.
